Follow these easy steps to enroll with the Pre-Employment Screening Program:

1. Download the PSP enrollment agreement (PDF).
2. Follow the instructions found on page 1.

Or, if you plan to access records through a pre-employment screening provider, please contact that company’s representative for instructions on how to enroll.

Once enrolled, a motor carrier will receive user credentials for the PSP online service.  Please allow up to two weeks for enrollment documents to be processed.  A motor carrier may withdraw from the PSP program at any time.  If no PSP purchase has been made, the subscription fee will be refunded in full.
